Graduate Application for Admission

Welcome to Lewis University's graduate admissions application system.
To start your application for graduate school, please select the appropriate link below:

"Create an Account" under the First-time Users header for New Graduate Applicants
"Log In" under the Returning Users header for Returning Graduate Applicants

You will need to choose an application type based on the term you are looking to start your program.

Graduate Programs 2025-2026 = Summer 2025, Fall 2025, or Spring 2026 terms

Applicants interested in the Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or Doctor of Physical Therapy programs must complete the Centralized Application for that specific program. See Below.

Occupational Therapy (MS) only – Prospective students must apply and submit all application materials to through the Occupational Therapist Centralized Application Service (OTCAS).

Speech-Language Pathology (MS) only – Prospective students must apply and submit all application materials to through the Communication Science & Disorders Centralized Application Service (CSDCAS).

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) only - Prospective students must apply and submit all application materials through the Physical Therapist Centralized Application Service (PTCAS).
